He Ain't Lion by Celia Kyle
Curvaceous, blonde bombshell Maya Josephs is looking for a little action to take her mind off of her recent break-up. Crazy were-cats or not, an evening at Genesis is exactly what she needs. And when she meets the hotter than hot, super-sexy owner, Alex O’Connell, the alpha lion shifter is just the man to fit the bill for a one-night stand.
Dumped like a rotting piece of meat by her ex, Maya is on the prowl, fixin' to do whatever it takes to get herself a piece of the gorgeous fur-ball. Besides, what’s the harm in a girl having a little bit of fun?
Review by Paulina Woods
From the first moment to the last this book will have you laughing and horny all at the same time.
Every six months during the Gaian Moon there’s a huge orgy were cats and familiars, humans, gather to have marathon sex and hopefully cubs. Anyone who becomes pregnant is taken care of for the rest of their life as long as they keep themselves available.
With no idea Maya walks in ready for some hot mind blowing sex that will help her forget a horrible break up. Alex is ready to toss her out but his cat has other ideas and refuses to be denied.
The next few pages had me running to the bathroom to change my panties, wow. Hard, slow, gentle, and rough I was seriously thinking it doesn’t get any better than this. Than she does what any sensible girl would, runs like hell the morning after.
I am a die-hard shifter fan but I usually don’t like books where one is shifter and the other human and the human is turned. I know werewolves are usually turned but I love when a shifter has a human mate because it shows two cultures coming together. This small detail will not stop me from reading the rest in this series.
In the words of Alex; shit, fuck, damn, and growl. This book is off the sizzle scale.
